We strive to provide office space in a worry-free environment, where needs are met in a timely manner. Our goal is to have a strong relationship with businesses partners that occupy workspace at our buildings. Each business tenant has direct access to the owner at all times.

DOUG WISEHAUPT

Doug grew up involved in real estate with his family, which owned and managed residential properties. After attending Penn State University, he embarked on a banking career where he financed commercial units that included owner-occupied properties, investment buildings and residential developments. He also facilitated the private placement of real estate mortgages including the participation in a $250 million financing of a major international airport. 

Over 20 years ago, he started purchasing commercial properties as investments with a strategy to hold the assets for the long term. His approach is to provide well maintained workspace opportunities where occupants have a direct business relationship with the owner, assuring a high level of service.

Outside of real estate, Wisehaupt held senior leadership positions across several businesses in Central Pennsylvania. Most recently, he was a member of the executive leadership team that successfully launched the initial public offering for Ollie’s Bargain Outlet (OLLI) on Nasdaq.

Throughout Wisehaupt’s career, community service has been a focus. He has served on the Board of Directors for numerous non-profit organizations.
